Privacy

Poker Club is a tool for tracking friendly home poker games. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app, and we don't sell it. This page explains what we store and why.
What we store
- Account info — your email and a hashed password (if you set one), so you can sign in.
- Game data you enter — group, player names, buy-ins, final chips, settlements, and any photos you upload.
- Technical data — your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and we collect privacy-friendly, aggregate usage analytics.
How we use it
To run the app, send you account emails (verification, sign-in links, group invites), protect against spam and abuse, and improve the product. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a few processors to operate: Vercel (hosting), Turso (database), Resend (email), Upstash (rate limiting), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and Google Analytics (aggregate usage). Your data is shared with them only as needed to provide the service.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: a sign-in session cookie, a short-lived message cookie, and analytics cookies. They keep you signed in and help us understand usage.
Your data & deletion
You can update your email and password from Settings. To export or delete your account and group data, reach out via the in-app feedback form and we'll take care of it.
